At Marybank, wine isn’t just something we make, it’s part of our story.

Grown on our family estate in the Adelaide Foothills, our vineyard has been quietly doing its thing for generations, soaking up the sunshine and turning out grapes that know how to tell a good tale.

Every bottle of Marybank Shiraz and Rosé is made in small batches. No big machines, no rushing, just thoughtful winemaking, a lot of hands-on love and maybe a few vineyard dances at sunset (it helps the grapes, we swear).

Every bottle of Marybank wine comes with a little bit of history, a touch of romance and a whole lot of heart.

Step into the world of Marybank Estate Wines, a heartfelt collaboration led by Chris Lloyd and his son-in-law Billy. Nestled within the beauty of our vineyard and gardens, this family endeavour is a celebration of heritage, craftsmanship and the sheer delight of crafting homemade wines.

Chris and Billy, with a dedication that goes beyond the ordinary, tend to our vineyard, ensuring each grape captures the spirit of this historic property. Under the guidance of winemaker Michael Goulden, we proudly present two exceptional wines – the bold Marybank Shiraz and the laid-back Dry Rosé.

The estate's Shiraz grapes are carefully selected for limited release vintages with the rest contributing to Penfolds range. Western hills face block, just twelve kilometers from the CBD, yields the awaited single-vineyard Marybank Shiraz. Our minimal intervention wine-making process captures the essence of earthy characters and warm aromas from our vineyards' terroir soil in our Shiraz and Dry Rose.
