A bold, expressive Shiraz from the foothills of Black Hill at Marybank Estate. Aged for nine months in French oak, this vintage is rich, generous and full of character, the kind of wine that demands good food and great company.
Dark fruits, coffee and dark chocolate weave through the palate, with subtle earthy undertones and a smooth, lingering finish. It’s powerful yet elegant, a serious wine that doesn’t take itself too seriously.
Perfect with anything char-grilled, from smoky meats to strong cheeses and everything in between.

Fresh, bright and wonderfully dry — this is the rosé for garden afternoons, cheese plates and a little bit of sunshine.
Styled on the classic dry rosés of Europe, our 2025 Mataro Rosé is crushed and pressed with a light touch, then given a cool fermentation in stainless steel to keep every bit of the fruit's natural character intact.
Aromas of raspberry, white peach, tea leaf and rose petal lead to a palate of tropical fruit, lychee, guava and papaya, with spicy red fruit and bright acidity. Light, crisp and captivating — best enjoyed chilled.
Perfect for a cheese board, a warm afternoon in the garden, or good company.
