Our story.
Tucked into the Adelaide foothills, Marybank has quietly held space for love stories for more than 180 years.
Set amongst historic gardens, vineyards and rolling hills countryside, a Marybank wedding gives you exclusive use of the whole estate, so you can slow down, settle in and enjoy every moment together.
Because we host a limited number of weddings each year, every celebration receives the care and attention it deserves.

The estate is yours
From 12pm Friday to 12pm Sunday, the gardens, vineyard, heritage barn and Barn Loft are yours alone. Two nights in the Barn Loft are included, plus a Friday rehearsal with bubbles and a grazing platter for up to 20 guests.

Planned and run for you
Your wedding coordinator from Sparrow Weddings & Events plans and runs the day with you. Olive / Sprout Catering, our exclusive caterer, looks after your food and drinks and packs down at the end of the night.

Everything you need
Trestle tables, cocktail tables and stools, bar benches and umbrellas, plus crockery, cutlery and glassware. Five built-in toilets, including an accessible toilet, a backup generator, and a $100 voucher for dinner at Olive restaurant.

Good to know
A few of the questions we're asked most about the Estate Weekend.

Up to 150 guests for a cocktail wedding or 100 seated. Winter Wedding Hire suits up to 80 cocktail or 50 seated. The minimum for catering is 50 guests, or 30 in winter.

We host one wedding each weekend, on a Friday or Saturday. We don't host weddings on Sundays. Weddings run from September to May, with Winter Wedding Hire in June and July. We're closed in August and over Easter, Christmas and New Year.

No. Your wedding coordinator from Sparrow Weddings & Events is included. An experienced member of the Sparrow team plans and runs the day with you, so you can relax and enjoy it.

Olive / Sprout Catering is our exclusive caterer. They run your reception and pack down at the end of the night. Sample menus and drinks pricing are in our brochure.

The heritage barn is held as your wet-weather ceremony space, so you can make the call on the day.

A $2,000 deposit and signed terms secure your date. We don't hold dates, so each one goes to the first couple to pay a deposit. A further $3,000 is due six months out, and the balance three months before your wedding.
