As the sun dips down along the coast, Marybank slips into its most enchanting hour. The gardens glow, the fire begins to crackle and suddenly Friday night feels softer… slower… and exactly how it’s meant to be.
Twice a year, we open our gates for a relaxed, Italian-leaning evening under the open sky. Think heritage stone walls wrapped in greenery, the scent of woodfire drifting through the garden and that cosy, end-of-the-week ease settling over everyone.
Expect wood-oven pizzas from our friends at Brasco’s, easygoing evening tunes and casual seating gathered around the firepit in front of our iconic Barn. It’s simple. It’s delicious. It’s wonderfully unhurried.

We keep things casual, scattered seating, long tables, wine barrels and plenty of open space. You’re welcome to bring a blanket and claim your favourite spot by the fire as the stars come out.
It’s relaxed, delicious and just a touch romantic. Perfect for couples, friends and anyone who wants to ease into the weekend surrounded by gardens, music and that warm Marybank glow.
Because these nights are only offered twice a year, tickets tend to disappear quickly.
