AND WE STILL HAVE TO PINCH OURSELVES THAT WE GET TO CALL MARYBANK ESTATE OUR HOME.

Hi, we’re Billy and Brie

We live in the Adelaide foothills on this 180-year-old family property that’s been lovingly passed down through six generations. Every morning, we look out over the vines, the old gums and the gardens and think, ‘how lucky are we to be here?’

We were married here ourselves many years ago, surrounded by family, birdsong and that soft April evening light that makes everything glow.

Now, we get to share this same magic with other couples celebrating love, guests seeking a quiet escape and friends gathering around long tables under the stars.

Billy’s a self-taught chef who loves cooking simple, beautiful food (especially when it’s paired with a glass of our own Shiraz). You’ll often find him tending to the vineyard or mowing the lawns as the sun goes down. I’m happiest in the gardens, gathering flowers for the house, setting up weddings or dreaming up new ways to make this place feel even more special.

Marybank is part of who we are, a little bit rustic, a little bit refined and always full of heart. We’ve poured our love into every corner, creating a space that feels warm, welcoming and wonderfully alive.

We can’t wait to welcome you to our home, to slow down, sip something lovely and feel the beauty of this place.
