At Marybank, we created our Intimate Ceremony Package for couples who want something smaller and still luxe — a relaxed ceremony that still captures all the beauty of a traditional garden wedding.

Choose your closest loved ones (up to 30 guests, with flexibility for children under five) and let us take care of the rest.

  • Celebrant with all legal paperwork and ceremony coordination

  • Professional photographer for two hours, including all edited digital images

  • Two premium faux floral backdrops on wine barrels, styled as your ceremony arbour

  • Ceremony setup – Bench seating, signing table, luxe garden setting

  • Grazing platter for up to 30 guests, beautifully presented in our undercover vintage milking shed — a relaxed space to gather, toast and celebrate after your ceremony

  • Ice bucket with ice, four bottles of sparkling wine, chilled water and champagne glasses for your post-ceremony toast

  • 3 hours of exclusive access to the Marybank Estate gardens (Monday–Thursday only)

  • All set-up and pack-down included

  • Optional onsite accommodation in our romantic Barn Loft, for even more flexibility

  • Optional extras: beers, soft drinks and a seasonal flower bouquet with matching buttonhole

    A Personalised Ceremony – Our wonderful celebrant, Renee Melizza, will craft a heartfelt, personalised ceremony just for you. With expert guidance and all legal paperwork taken care of, your vows will be as seamless as they are meaningful.

    Not Your Average Catering Co. brings a delicious antipasti-style grazing platter for you and your guests to enjoy. A selection of local meats, cheeses, fresh fruit and vegetables, with gluten-free and vegan options available—plus a takeaway box for any leftovers!

  • Your Floral Backdrop

    Luxe Faux Floral Arrangements – Beautiful, high-quality ceremony florals from Dami at Petals & Picnics, available in a selection of colour palettes to match your style.

  • Your Photographer

    Professional Photography – The talented Kirsty Caruso will capture every moment, with 2 hours of wedding photography during and after your ceremony. You’ll receive beautifully edited digital images to cherish forever.

Can we invite more than 30 guests?

This package is designed for a relaxed and intimate celebration with up to 30 of your favourite people.

Can we book this package on the weekend?

The Little Wedding Co. Elopement is a midweek-only offering (Monday to Thursday), making the most of Marybank’s peaceful, private charm.

What’s included in the ceremony setup?

All the beautiful basics—bench seating, a signing table with chairs and a faux floral backdrop to frame your vows.

Can we choose our own vendors?

To keep things simple and stress-free, this is a thoughtfully curated package with a trusted team who know the venue (and each other!) beautifully.

Can we have a later ceremony time?

Absolutely! The standard booking is 11am–2pm, but if you book the Barn Loft for the night, you’ll have more flexibility with your ceremony timing.

Is there a backup plan for bad weather?

Absolutely—our ceremony setup can be moved undercover so you can still say “I do” surrounded by garden charm, rain or shine.

Can we include a sit-down meal?

The elopement package includes a beautifully styled grazing table—perfect for a post-ceremony toast and nibble. It's designed to leave you free to head out for a celebratory dinner afterwards if you wish.

Can we extend the 3-hour hire period?

The package includes 3 hours of exclusive use, which fits the day perfectly. Extensions aren't available, but everything has been timed to feel relaxed and unrushed.

Can we bring our own drinks?

Yes! You're welcome to bring your own bubbles to toast after the ceremony. We'll have everything beautifully styled and ready for a relaxed celebration.
