Where to go: Follow the path to the Barn. Billy or I will be there to meet you.

Parking: Onsite — follow the Marybank signs.

Running early/late or can’t make it? Just send me a text on 0400145371.

If it rains: We’ll tour under cover; comfy shoes recommended.

Handy to bring: Guest count range, date preferences, must-haves and nice-to-haves.

On arrival

How a Marybank wedding flows.
→ Say “I do” in the garden on the lawn

→ last dance under the festoon lights and the stars

→ wander up to the Barn Loft for your wedding night, wave your guests goodbye, kick off your shoes and sink into the claw-foot bath.

Food & Beverage (Sprout)

We partner exclusively with Sprout Catering (co-founded by Callum Hann & Themis Chryssidis). Sprout handles all food & beverage planning—menus, dietary needs, bar packages—so this part feels easy.

Tip: Ask for a quote using your guest range and preferred vibe (feasting/shared plates/canapés).

Exclusive estate hire — set up the day before from 2pm and relaxed pack-down by 11am the day after.

Ceremony gardens, vineyard deck & indoor options — plus key furniture (see inventory).

On-site Barn Loft — wedding night included (with breakfast provisions). Add the night prior if you’d like to get ready on site (hair, makeup, photos—easy).

Trusted suppliers + gentle guidance — so planning feels human, not hectic.

  • Capacity
    30–150 (up to 100 seated; up to 150 cocktail).

  • Weather plan
    Covered deck available. For larger guest counts, a marquee may be required (at the couple’s expense)—we’ll guide you.

  • Curfew & sound
    Drinks and music off by 11:30pm; guests to depart by midnight.

  • Catering
    All food & beverage by Sprout Catering. No external catering, except approved add-ons coordinated through Sprout.

  • Decor
    Candles OK (in holders). No confetti please—natural petals are beautiful.

  • Pets
    Yes to your furry friend at the ceremony (on lead, please).

  • Access
    Garden paths are grassy and gently hilly. Wear sensible shoes. Guests needing assistance can be dropped close to the Barn at a level point; we have two accessible parking bays.

  • Bump-in / bump-out
    Supplier access windows provided on booking—we’re flexible where we can be.

  • Payments
    $1,000 venue deposit to secure your date (Marybank). Sprout requires a $1,000 F&B deposit separately. Venue balance due 6 months prior. Bond may apply.

The Barn Loft (on-site stay)

Wrap your day with a cosy night for two in our chic Barn Loft—vineyard views, breakfast provisions, and that just-married quiet.
Add the night prior if you’d like to get ready on site (hair, makeup, photos).
