Dates for Pick & Sip
The moment we know the garden will be at her best we’ll release dates, sometimes with plenty of notice, sometimes as a sweet little surprise on socials or through our mailing list. We can’t promise too far in advance; the weather keeps us humble and the flowers like to follow their own rhythm.
Sessions are small and intentionally limited so everyone can wander, snip and sip without feeling rushed..
Step Into the Garden: Pick & Sip Experience
This isn’t your ordinary pick-your-own flower patch — it’s a full Marybank experience. Wander through our blooming garden, pick your own seasonal flowers, sip our boutique wine, enjoy delicious nibbles and soak up the beauty of our garden legacy.
Your Pick & Sip Experience includes ($65 per person):
90 minutes to explore the flower patch
Guidance and tips on how and what to pick
12–15 seasonal stems (varieties may vary)
A recyclable cup to take your blooms home
One individual cheese & fruit plate per guest
Good to know:
Snips and jugs are supplied to use during your session, but must be returned before departure
You’re welcome to bring your own vase or bucket to transfer your blooms at the end; water is available onsite
Each guest also receives one complimentary glass of Marybank Estate Dry Rosé or bubbles or soft drink while exploring the patch.
