No smoking inside the Barn Loft or near the gardens.
No gatherings or parties to be held on the property.
Ceremonies or special events – If you are planning a ceremony, please contact Brie beforehand. Fees apply regardless of guest numbers and your B&B booking may be cancelled if arrangements are not made in advance.
Pets are not permitted.
Fireplaces – Use responsibly. Only burn the wood, kindling and paper provided. Keep the fireplace door closed while in use. Safety gloves are provided.
Outdoor spaces – Feel free to enjoy the gardens and decks but please respect the plants, vines and heritage features.
Respect the environment – Be mindful of water usage, electricity and waste; follow compost, recycling and general waste guidelines.

To keep your evenings cozy during the cooler months, we provide everything you need:
Firelighters and kindling are supplied.
Extra firewood is stored in the undercover carport for your use.
Paper to get the fire started.
Safety gloves—please use them when handling wood or the stove.
Instructions:
Use the kindling, firewood, and paper provided to light your fire.
Always keep the fireplace door closed while the fire is burning.
Use the gloves when handling the wood or stove to stay safe.

Everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay:
Climate Control: Reverse cycle air-conditioning in the master bedroom & ceiling fan in the living space
Kitchenette: Coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, toastie machine and induction stovetop.
Bathroom Essentials: Towels, toiletries, bath salts, hairdryer

Your Barn Loft is equipped with gas hot water for showers and kitchen use.
If the hot water runs out during your stay, the spare gas bottles are located under the outdoor stairs.
To switch it over, simply flick the valve to the other gas bottle.
Hot water should resume immediately.

Dispose of any trash in the bins provided upstairs. We’ll take care of it from here.
