Our Story.
Congratulations on your engagement.
Marybank has been a family home since 1842, and the first wedding was held here in 1846. Today it's cared for by Brie, the sixth generation, and Billy.
We host one wedding each weekend. From Friday afternoon to Sunday midday the estate is yours: the gardens, vineyard, heritage barn and Barn Loft, 15 minutes from Adelaide. The Marybank Collective looks after your planning, your food and the running of the day, so you can simply enjoy it.

The Marybank Estate Weekend begins in September 2027. We host one wedding each weekend and we don't hold dates, so each date goes to the first couple to pay a deposit. Winter dates are under Winter Wedding Hire.

Olive / Sprout Catering is our exclusive on-site caterer, bringing generous, Mediterranean-inspired food made for sharing. Olive runs the flow of your reception and packs down at the end of the night. Menus are samples and are confirmed closer to your date.
Wedding tasting at Olive. Once you've booked, you and up to two guests are invited to a tasting at Olive restaurant, with 50% off food. We recommend February or March, when the new season's menu best shows your wedding options.

Every Estate Weekend, and every winter wedding from 2028, comes with the people who know Marybank best. One team looks after you, from booking to the last dance.
Sparrow Weddings & Events · your wedding coordinator
Sparrow plans and runs your wedding day with you. Your coordinator will be an experienced member of the Sparrow team. From booking you'll have their planning portal with custom vendor recommendations and monthly to-do lists. Hands-on coordination starts three months out. On the day they look after setup, styling details, your suppliers and timings, so you and your families can relax.
Olive / Sprout Catering · food and drink
Our exclusive caterer, on site all evening. Olive sets your dinner tables and bar, manages the flow of your reception and packs down at the end of the night.
Brie & Billy · your hosts
We look after the estate itself: your private visit, the Barn Loft, and opening the gates for your weekend.
the loft
Two nights upstairs in the heritage barn are included, Friday and Saturday. The Barn Loft sleeps two, with a master bedroom, kitchen, lounge and a modern bathroom. Breakfast provisions, chocolates and a bottle of Marybank wine are waiting.

01 Visit
A private tour with Brie or Billy, on Wednesdays, Thursdays and selected Sundays.
02 Secure your date
A $2,000 deposit secures the date. Sparrow will be in touch to welcome you and open your planning portal.
03 Six months out
A $3,000 payment. Start planning your menu with Olive.
04 Three months out
Final balance due. Your handover with Sparrow, where hands-on coordination begins and your timeline, layout and suppliers are confirmed.
05 Your wedding weekend
Check in to the Barn Loft on Friday at 2pm, then run through your ceremony with your Sparrow coordinator over bubbles and a grazing platter. On your wedding day, your Sparrow coordinator is there to manage the setup, your suppliers and timings, so you can relax and enjoy it. Celebrate on Saturday, and leave by midday Sunday.
