Celebrate the romance of winter at Marybank Estate with an intimate wedding designed for couples who love the warmth, charm and atmosphere of the season. Surrounded by heritage gardens, rustic architecture and cosy fireplaces, our Winter Micro Wedding Venue Hire offers a beautiful celebration for up to 50 guests.

Venue Hire Includes

  • Exclusive use of the Barn precinct

  • Choice of ceremony location

  • Reception space inside the Barn or beneath the Barn verandah

  • Access to the heritage gardens for wedding photography

  • Open fireplace and wall heaters inside the Barn Function Room

  • Use of the Barn Function Room as a dance floor (where applicable)

Ceremony Furniture Included

We provide the following ceremony furniture:

  • 4 timber bench seats

  • 2 wine barrels

To complement your reception, we can also provide:

  • 3 wine barrels

  • Chairs for casual seating

These can be arranged near the dance floor to create a relaxed lounge area for guests to sit, chat and enjoy the evening.

Optional Marquee

Should you wish to create additional undercover entertaining space, a marquee can be hired over the Barn deck. This is a popular option during winter, providing extra weather protection and flexibility while still allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

  • Reception furniture is not included in the venue hire and must be arranged through your preferred furniture hire company.

  • Ceremony furniture listed above is included.

  • Catering, beverages, styling and entertainment are arranged separately.

  • The recommended reception layouts have been designed to maximise guest comfort while making the best use of the Barn and verandah spaces.
