The 2024 Cinsault Shiraz Rosé is styled on the famous, dry rosé wines of Europe. The fruit was crushed and immediately pressed to extract the optimum level of flavour and tannin to best suit the style.
Following a cool fermentation in stainless steel vat, the wine was filtered and bottled with minimal inputs to retain all the key attributes of the fruit grown in the vineyard.
Delicious crisp wine with aromatics of raspberry, white peach, tea leaf and rose petals with flavours of tropical fruits, lychee, guava and papaya with spicy red fruits and bright acidity. Light, captivating drinking. Enjoy chilled.
